66. Mr. H. Wilsonasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government and Minister for Welsh Affairs if, following the deputation to his Department from the local authorities concerned in December last, he is yet in a position to authorise the Kirkby Urban District Council to proceed with the formalities necessary to begin building houses for the growing number of applicants, at present living in overcrowded conditions, who are on its housing list.
