Dame Irene Wardasked the Minister of Health what steps he proposes to take to protect physiotherapists whose standards of training and examination are those of their professional association, the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists, and patients treated in the National Health Service, against the use of helpers as advertised by the Glantawe Hospital Committee.
§ Mr. PowellThe helpers will be employed only on certain duties under the supervision of qualified physiotherapists.
