§ Sir D. EcclesHer Majesty's Government have had no such discussions. But the existing arrangements for European co-operation in the educational field have recently been reviewed and strengthened by the setting up of a Council of Cultural Co-operation within the framework of the Council of Europe; and European Ministers of Education hold periodical meetings to discuss common problems, including in particular the teaching of modern languages.
