§ Mr. HareI am aware of no such stoppages other than the stoppage at Gloucester referred to by the hon. Member. Recognition of a trade union is a matter for the employer to decade. If disputes arise over this issue and I am asked to help I am always ready to do what I can to assist the parties to reach agreement. This is so in the present dispute at Gloucester.
