§ Miss PittA requisition for these forms, sent by the Council at the beginning of April, failed to reach my Department. When this became known on 1st May the order was transmitted to Her Majesty's Stationery Office and has now been met by supplies sent on 1st June. The Executive Council had been able to fulfil immediate requirements in the meantime.
