Edwardsasked the Civil Lord of the Admiralty, in view of the present political and industrial unrest in Spain, and particularly in view of the fact that a large number of Spanish dock workers are on strike in the port of Barcelona, if he will issue instructions to prevent the British cruiser, three destroyers, three frigates, a submarine and other fleet auxiliaries from visiting the port of Barcelona.
