§ Mr. NobleAccording to the Register of Sasines the estates of South Uist and Benbecula changed hands in 1960 for £61,000, but the precise limits of the area covered by this transaction are not recorded. The information requested in the second part of the Question could not be assembled, even approximately, without a disproportionate expenditure of time and labour.
