Mr. Chapmanasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies if he will set out in the OFFICIAL REPORT details of the financial assistance, on capital and on budgetary account, given in the last three years to the territories which it is expected will form the new West Indies Federation; and when he expects to complete the study of this area's future financial needs, as set out in Paragraph 32 of Command Paper No. 1746.
