§ Commander Courtneyasked the Civil Lord of the Admiralty if he will give a list of the labour stoppages, official and unofficial, which have contributed to the delay in building H.M. Submarine "Dreadnought" at the Vickers-Armstrong yard at Barrow-in-Furness.
