§ Mr. Scott-HopkinsI would refer the hon. Member to my right han. Friend's reply to my hon. Friend the Member for Ilford, South (Mr. Cooper) on 18th July. Since then both wholesale and retail prices have been steadily falling and I do not think that any action on my part is called for.
