"Ark Royal" of negligence on the occasion of the grounding of their ship in Plymouth Sound on 16th January; and if he will make a statement.
§ Mr. C. Ian Orr-EwingOn review of the proceedings of both courts martial it was found that the evidence did not support the findings against either Captain D. C. E. F. Gibson, D.S.C., Royal Navy, or his Navigating Officer, Lieutenant Commander E. M. C. Walker, Royal Navy, and the findings have accordingly been quashed.
