§ 61. Mr. P. Noel-Bakerasked the Minister of Defence what reports he has received from the Government of the United States of America, pursuant to the Anglo-American agreements for exchange of information on defence and nuclear matters, regarding the studies made by the United States Department of Defence of the number of casualties that would be suffered if Western cities and Western military targets, respectively, were the subject of full-scale attack in the course of a war between the Union of Soviet Republics and the North Atlantic Alliance.
