§ Mr. SandysThe management of the B.P. refinery are authorised to publish one weekly and one six-monthly magazine in English as well as one weekly and one six-monthly magazine in Arabic for their employees. As regards the second part of the Question, it is not the practice of the Aden Government to specify the reasons for withholding a newspaper licence.
