§ Mr. P. ThomasMy noble Friend held discussions on 11th July with the Liberian Under-Secretary of State. There was a short exchange of views on general political matters. The question of British investment in Liberia and the supply of technical assistance was also raised; it was agreed that further discussions should be held with the appropriate Government departments.
