§ Mr. M. NoblePlanning permission for housing schemes is, with only rare exceptions, a matter for local planning authorities. Their attention has recently been drawn to the need for making adequate provision in their development60W plans for public playing fields, and local housing authorities have been given general guidance on the provision and layout of gardens.
