§ 45. Mr. Prenticeasked the Secretary for Technical Co-operation whether the forward planning of his Department will be adjusted to the objectives proposed by the Secretary General of the United Nations that a minimum yearly increase of $25 million should be attained in United Nations technical assistance and pre-investment programmes, following a $150 million programme for 1962.
