Lewisasked the Minister of Public Building and Works whether he is aware that a meeting of the British Union of Fascists is due to be held in Trafalgar Square on 22nd July; and, as this meeting is liable to cause a breach of the peace, whether he will refuse to grant the use of the Square for the purpose of this meeting.
§ Mr. RipponMy predecessor gave permission to this movement to hold a meeting in Trafalgar Square on 22nd July, which will be the seventh such meeting of this organisation in the Square since 1959.
