Mrs. Braddockasked the Minister of Health whether he is aware that the Royal Liverpool Babies Hospital, Wooltan. was a gift to the City of Liverpool through the Child Welfare Association, and was transferred to the Health Service under the National Health Service Act without charge; whether, in view of this, he will reconsider his decision to sell it at its present full market value to Che Liverpool Corporation; and if he will negotiate with the Corporation to arrive at a reasonable price for the transfer of the property.
§ Mr. PowellSales of land between Government Departments and local authorities are at current market value. I see no reason for an exception here.
