§ 54. Mr. Pavittasked the Minister of Health' if, in view of the fact that with the exception of yellow fever any person on the National Health Service list of a general practitioner is entitled to have inoculations and vaccinations for travel purposes free of charge, he will now take steps to alter the terms of service to enable patients to receive international certificates without payment.
