§ Mr. BevinsI assume that the hon. Member has in mind the plans prepared by the British Space Development Company for a satellite communication system. I had a general exchange of views with the chairman of the company some months ago, and my experts have had a number of talks with the company's experts. The company issued a statement in March about their proposals. Since then a Commonwealth Conference on Satellite Communications has been held, and their Report is being considered by Commonwealth Governments.
