Mrs. Braddockasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he is aware of the unrest of the prisoners in the Manchester Prison, male section, due to their allegations about the bad quality of the food being supplied to them, and the attitude adopted towards them if they make a complaint; and if he will ascertain the facts of the situation.
