Mr. Haymanasked the President of the Board of Trade whether he will make a statement about the Industrial Development Certificate which was granted to a firm at Tiverton on condition that it would set up additional employment in Cornwall more than equal to the additional employment in Tiverton resulting from the granting of that Industrial Development Certificate.
§ Mr. ErrollIn applying for an industrial development certificate, John Heath-coat and Company, Limited, said that164W they intended to transfer from Tiverton activities which would provide employment in Camborne equal to, or greater than, the employment resulting from the proposed development at Tiverton.
