66. Mr. Scott-Hopkins

asked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food what action Her Majesty's Government are taking in respect of Resolution 315 of the Council of Europe.

The Committee of Ministers' Deputies of the Council of Europe has sent this Resolution to the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development, the European Free gramme. This memorandum and the Secretary-General's proposals have been published in United Nations Documents E/3613 and Addenda and are being considered at the current Session of the Council.
