Mr. Bottomley

asked the Minister of Health if he will now make a statement upon the Report of the Scott Committee, on the training and education of teachers of the mentally handicapped; and if he will publish the Report.

Mr. Powell

The Report will be published on 13th July. Before reaching decisions on its recommendations I shall consider the views of interested bodies with my right hon. Friend the Minister of Education.
