(2) what action has been taken regarding the 7th Report of the Scottish Law Reform Committee dealing with actions in Sheriff Courts for payment of aliment.
§ Mr. LeburnI have been asked to reply, and, with permission, I shall answer Questions 33 and 34 together. The Reports of the Scottish Law Reform Committee to which the hon. Member refers have, of course, been considered, but my right hon. Friend is unable to say when it will be possible to introduce legislation on these subjects.
