§ Mr. MaudlingThe Kenya Council of Ministers are working out the details of the new constitution for Kenya on the basis of the framework agreed at the 1962 Lancaster House Conference. I have no new proposals to put before the political leaders in Kenya but my visit to Kenya will give me the opportunity to review matters.
