§ Sir A. Hurdasked the Minister of Transport when, after considering the 20W views of the Berkshire and Wiltshire county councils, he expects to be able to publish definite proposals for the route of the M.4 motorway.
§ Mr. MarplesIt is too soon to say, as I have not yet received the views of all the local authorities whom I am at present consulting. I shall need to consider these very carefully before I can decide upon a line for publication for this section of the M.4 motorway between Maidenhead and Tormarton. As soon as possible thereafter I will publish a draft Scheme under the Highways Act 1959.
