Thomasasked the Minister of Health whether he is aware of the anxiety caused to hospital management committees in Wales by the instructions issued by the Chairman of the Welsh Regional Board concerning expenditure in 1962–63; and whether he will state the hospital services he proposes should be curtailed if the revenue restrictions are to be observed.
