§ Mr. RentonMy right hon. Friend has had discussions with manufacturers in this country and some distributors and they have undertaken to warn retailers who sell material supplied by them of the desirability of discouraging the sale of this substance to young persons. A considerable quantity of the substance is, however, imported from abroad and my right hon. Friend is endeavouring to get into touch with the distributors with a view to similar consultations.
