Mr. Callaghanasked the Minister of Education what reply he has given to the proposals for accelerating the building of St. Illtyd's college, Cardiff, and for increasing the capacity of Llanrumney County Secondary Boys' School and Girls' School, Cardiff, and Trowbridge Primary Infants School, Rumney, in view of the shortage of accommodation.
