§ Mr. BevinsMy information is that there have been very few complaints about excessive charges due to faulty meters in Leicester. The meters—which are the same for local and trunk calls dialled by subscribers—are very reliable and are tested regularly. I should be very willing to investigate any complaints the hon. Gentleman may care to put to me, and to make a refund if a subscriber has been overcharged.
