§ Mr. Biggs-Davisonasked the Lord Privy Seal in view of past conflicts between United Nations and Katanga forces, what representations Her Majesty's Government have made to the Security Council to restrain the movement of United Nations forces towards Kongolo and other centres policed by the Katanga gendarmerie; and whether he will make a statement about these threats to peace.
§ Mr. HeathI am not aware of United Nations plans to move troops into Kongolo, although one of the United Nations/ Katangan Mixed Commissions may go there For the rest, I have nothing to add to the answer given by my hon. Friend the Minister of State on 21st February.
