§ 76. Mr. Parkerasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government and Minister for Welsh Affairs what steps have been taken to preserve Giffard House, Wolverhampton, as an historical house of great interest to Roman Catholics.
§ Mr. RipponGiffard's House is listed under Section 30 of the Town and Country Planning Act, 1947, as a building of special architectural and historic interest. The attention of the local planning authority has therefore been drawn to the importance of the building and formal notice would have to be given to the authority and to my right hon. Friend of any proposal affecting it.
