Mr. George Craddockasked the Minister of Health why his Department at the height of the smallpox outbreak in Bradford sent a circular to the Bradford Hospital Council which was a copy of a circular forwarded from the Ministry in 1950 in connection with the vaccination of hospital staffs, in view of the fact that this circular has been complied with since its issue.
§ Mr. PowellThis was a circular to all hospital authorities without distinction. It reminded them of their responsibilities and asked them to remedy shortcomings immediately.
