§ Mr. MarplesI understand that the British Transport Commission is satisfied that coaling appliances in the South Wales Ports are more than adequate to handle exports of coal at present and in the foreseeable future. The Rochdale Committee is, of course, free to report upon these, as upon any other facilities.
