asked Her Majesty's Government:

To give a list to date of those nations which have made, and those which have not made, their contributions both to the general and to the special expenses of the United Nations, setting out the amount of the contributions paid or due in every case.

The state of contributions, as at December 31, 1961, is given in United Nations document ST / ADM / SER.B/154, which is available in the Library of the House. Figures, correct to the end of January, will be published towards the end of this month, when I will send the noble Lord a copy.
