§ Mr. Thorpeasked the Minister of Education what is the number of schools in the North Devon parliamentary constituency still without electricity and 180W water-borne sanitation; and what proposals he has for making these services speedily available.
§ Sir D. EcclesOne school is without water-borne sanitation. This will be provided this year. Four schools are without electricity because this has not yet been brought to their respective neighbourhoods. I understand that two of them are likely to have a supply in 1963–64 and a third a little later.
