§ Mr. D. Priceasked the Minister of Aviation whether he will make a statement on the progress of his negotiations for the establishment of a European Space Launcher Organisation; and when a final conclusion may be expected.
§ Mr. ThorneycroftA Convention to establish a European Launcher Development Organisation has been prepared for signature and is now being printed. I hope that it will have been signed by a number of countries by the end of this month. Meanwhile interested countries have set up an informal group to coordinate work on the different aspects of the proposed programme and to plan arrangements for setting up the organisation.
