HC Deb 13 February 1962 vol 653 c141W
Dr. Broughton

asked the Minister of Health what has been the weekly pay, including overtime pay and any other additions, of each of the ancillary trades employed at Oakwell Hospital. Birstall, while smallpox cases have been isolated and treated; and how these wages compare with the salaries paid to the nursing staff.

Mr. Powell

The gross weekly pay of the ancillary grades has ranged from £30 15s. 5d. to £51 1 s. 6d. For the nursing staff salaries I would refer the hon. Member to my reply to him on 5th February.
