§ 72. Mr. A. J. Irvineasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government and Minister for Welsh Affairs whether he intends to introduce legislation to amend the law relating to the disability of members of local authorities for taking part in the consideration or discussion of, or voting on, matters in which they have a pecuniary interest.
