Yatesasked the Postmaster-General if, in view of the "Panorama" broadcast on the Yemen transmitted on 17th December, he will, under Section 15 (4) of the Licence and Agreement, instruct the British Broadcasting Corporation to eschew reporting abusive comments about the heads of foreign States with whom Her Majesty's Government have full diplomatic relations.
