§ Mr. Masonasked the Minister of Power how many civil servants in his Department over the past 10 years, giving the ranks, went within two years of retirement or resignation to other jobs and sought permission within the ruling of paragraph 5 of Command Paper No. 5517, specifying which subsection of that paragraph was involved and the firm involved in each case.
§ Mr. WoodI would refer the hon Gentleman to the Answer I gave him on 30th November. So far as I have been able to ascertain, all of the cases fell under subsection (e) of paragraph 5 of Command Paper No. 5517.
