§ Mr. C. Hughesasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government and Minister for Welsh Affairs when the Final Report of the Welsh Local Government Commission will be published.
§ Sir K. JosephI received the Report, including the proposals, on 10th December, and I shall publish it as soon as I can. It is a lengthy document, accompanied by a number of maps, and it is not likely to be printed in time for publication before February at the earliest.
