asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department how many immigrants arrived during the month of October; and from which countries they came.

I assume that my hon. Friend is referring to immigration from the Commonwealth. The following figures show that far the Commonwealth as a whole there was a net outward movement of 588 persons during October.
