Mr. Rankinasked the Lord Privy Seal what reports Her Majesty's Government, as Co-chairman of the Geneva Conference, have received from the International Control Commission for Vietnam regarding the breach of the Geneva Agreements on 25th August when naval vessels of South Vietnam arrested and removed to South Vietnam five citizens of North Vietnam who were fishing in North Vietnam territorial waters near Tiger Island.
