Whether, having regard to the last Report on Population Trends and more recent reports as to the rapid absorption of agricultural land for building, and that immigrants in numbers apparently now exceed migrants, they will indicate the upper limit in numbers of United Kingdom migrants now considered appropriate.

In recent months a substantial increase in the number of inquiries from potential migrants has been reported.
