§ Mr. MaudlingMay I refer the hon. Member to my statement on this subject during yesterday's debate. As I said then, I should be glad to see us go a little further towards satisfying some of the many claims under consideration, if that could be done by matching them with unused capacity. This statement was certainly meant to embrace the Commonwealth, who receive the larger part of our aid.
