§ Mr. PowellThe response has been good; all but a few hospitals now have daily visiting; many long-stay hospitals allow visiting by arrangement at any reasonable time; and more general hospitals are experimenting with unrestricted visiting. My inquiries continue where restrictions still seem unreasonable.
