§ Mr. Dalyellasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government and Minister for Welsh Affairs if he will appoint a committee including representatives of his Department, the local authorities concerned with overcrowding problems in conurbations on rivers, and ship owners, to explore the possibilities of subsidising temporary accommodation in obsolete liners for those waiting for a house of their own, with a view to introducing legislation.
