HC Deb 14 December 1962 vol 669 cc115-6W
Mr. Dempsey

asked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he is aware that Airdrie Court Buildings are dangerous for those using them; and if he will provide new premises.

Mr. Noble

I am aware that recent inspection revealed structural defects in the Sheriff Court House at Airdrie, but remedial action has been taken and I am informed that there is no danger to persons using the building. I am considering how the long-term need for court house accommodation at Airdrie may be met.
